In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, AISG utilizes a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
This system handles support requests in online form to these AISG departments:
- IT
- Finance
- School Services
You DO NOT need to create an account to submit tickets. Click on "Open a New Ticket" at the right to start your ticket submission.
